Here we selectively highlighted some very good and simple resources that could be usefull for Penny Stock traders (and not only) to research stock, better manage trades and to minimize costs.

1. QuoteTracker: QuoteTracker is a Windows program that integrates with various datafeeds, brokers and financial sites to provide you with streaming real-time quotes, Live intraday charts with Technical Indicators, Level II quotes, Time and Sales, alerts, news monitoring, and everything else you may need to trade in today's market. It also ties into major brokers to give you full Integrated trading from within the software. You can trade through your own broker using QuoteTracker interface. 2. MSN Deluxe Screener: You can select from more than 500 criteria to quickly create a list of companies that meet your standards, or if you'd rather, you can use a pre-existing search and modify it to suit your needs. Simple and powerfool tool that combines basic fundamental and technical parameters. Yields good selection of stocks. Minor drawback - operates only in Internet Explorer (no Firefox). In November 2009 will be retired. Hopefully MSN will keep the best features of this tool.

3. CoolTrade: CoolTrade Automated Trader and Unique Screener-Simulator is a very simple but at the same time very powerful stock market robot you can run on your own computer every day. You can create your own strategies or use predifined Cool-trade long and short strategies or invest along with other popular traders (for example, with Jim Cramer). Cool-trade could be run in real or simulated modes. It can be used for market screening in real time. Although Cool-trade has no predefined PennyStocks100 strategy, there is another well-tested approach called "$2 and below long strategy" for stocks between $1-$2 per share price. Another benefit of Cool-trade is $5/per trade promotion from TD Ameritrade. Use Cool-trade to test your strategies, to simplify execution, and to minimize brokerage comissions.

4. Finviz.com: Financial Visualization - The best snapshot of the market. A webpage-dashboard: main indices bar charts, top gainers and losers, all major stock news, heat map and a lot of other nice, quick, and super convenient features. Charts identify and show you techincal patterns. With finviz screen you instantly feel where the market is heading. Most of all I like their screener - descriptive, technical and fundamental filters - all in one finviz screener. Check it out: Finviz Screener one of the best FREE tools in the web!
